Another Quarter Almost In the Books...

Can you believe it? Here we are at the end of March and the first quarter of 2008.

How’s it been for you so far?

Have you accomplished any goals?

Are you moving forward in your life?

For me, it seems like life is moving faster than the speed of light.

The one thing I’ve gained an appreciation for as I age is how precious time is, and how much of it we all waste.

The first quarter of 2008 has been totally phenomenal so far.

My primary goal was to attract dozens of new clients, and I am among the top advisors in the country.

But I wanted to start a major new project, and I am well on my way to introducing my new web site.

By far, it’s the most fun, challenging and exciting project I’ve ever undertaken, and I know that the end result will be a site that will transform the lives of many people.

More importantly, I’m building a team of clients who all want to grow to their full financial potential and who are assisting me in this project. There is no doubt in my mind that we will grow it into something extraordinary over the next 2 to 3 years. You’ll be hearing much more about this new web site in the very near future.

Over the past almost 40 years, since I was 15 and first read THINK AND GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill, I have been developing a SYSTEM to automatically create success in every important area of life, especially financially. It was only a couple of years ago that I finally found the “MISSING PIECE” that completed the system.

Today, I meet with clients daily to assist, council and coach them to reach their full financial potential. I employ all the parts of my system.

Soon, I’ll be able to offer this system to anyone, anywhere in the world. For me, that’s very exciting.

You can decide that you’re going to begin to take action too, and make the rest of 2008 extraordinary for you too. It’s as simple as making up your mind, setting a goal, putting together a plan, surrounding yourself with the right people, and going to work until you get what you want.

There aren’t any shortcuts to success. You can take the quickest routes by learning from the best, but at the end of the day, you have to think for yourself, and you have to do for yourself, because you are 100% responsible for yourself.

There has never been a better time in the history of mankind for you to create financial freedom for yourself. If you aren’t creating it is it because you don’t care, is it because you didn’t think you could, or is it because you don’t know what to do?

If you don’t care, then there isn’t anything anyone can do to help you. You will always struggle with money.

If you don’t think you can create freedom, all that means is that you’ll have to work on your mindset.

If you don’t know what to do, all that means is that there’s still something you don’t know. You need to find the “MISSING PIECE”.

Everything you need to learn for financial freedom is right here at this blog. Keep coming back here for more ideas, systems, strategies and tactics to take you to the next level.

Namaste.

Will You be Able to Climb High Enough?

Most people are wimps! They think small! They think fear! And as a result of their thinking, they struggle their whole lives.

This blog is dedicated to the top 5%, the people who have COMMITTED to taking complete control of their life and succeed at whatever they choose to do for themselves.

Once you realize that YOU are completely RESPONSIBLE for YOUR own life, YOU can begin to do something about it. YOU can think whatever you choose to, but the simple fact is YOU control your thoughts, your feelings, your income, your happiness, your relationships, well…..practically everything.

Today, people are blaming the economy for all their problems. The fact is, there will always be reasons for failure. That’s why only the top 5% are really successful. It’s so much easier to fail. Successful people overcome EVERYTHING. They don’t accept any excuse, they push on in spite of all odds.

In his best selling book THINK AND GROW RICH, Napoleon Hill laid out his philosophy of success and the principles that made it up. He demonstrated that regardless what someone’s original surroundings were, whether they grew up rich or poor, had education or not, had physical handicaps or other challenges, EVERYBODY has the seed of potential greatness within them if they can find a way to wake it from its slumber and raise its desire to a passion.

One of the greatest frustrations I see with my clients is in their approach to money and success. I can predict with certainty that the vast majority of people I meet with will all be struggling with money their entire lifetimes if they don’t get off the road they're on and get on one that can take them to freedom!

The problem that most people don’t realize, or else they don’t seem to know what to do about is that they will NEVER reach freedom from a JOB! If you BELIEVE that your best path to financial freedom is through a JOB, I hope you’re paid based on performance and results. But if you have a salary, or get paid by the hour, you have a CEILING on your income. Except for a bonus or a small raise, you can predict what your income will be.

WEALTH RULE #1. NO CEILING ON YOUR INCOME!!!

There are millions of roads you can hop on over your lifetime. Unfortunately only a very few of them lead you to freedom. Most of them take you down roads of struggle. Even worse, those roads are like parking lots from all the traffic congestion. What’s really great is that the roads that lead to freedom have very little traffic. That’s because few people take the time to find out about them.

As you grow yourself and your skills you climb higher up the mountain of success. And the higher you climb, the easier it is to spot the roads that lead to freedom from the roads that lead to struggle.

The roads to success are already there. The trailblazers who carved these roads may be long gone, but their directions are there if you want them. And the higher you climb up the mountain, the more of them you can identify.

All you have to do then is find the road that suits you best, and off you go.

Are you on a road that can take you to your financial freedom? If you aren’t, are you planning on doing anything about it? If you really want success, take control of your life, take control of your mind, and decide right now that you will COMMIT to getting on a road that will lead you to your success, however you define it!

Most important, stop reading, stop planning, and START DOING!! Get in the game, and give it all you’ve got.

Remember that when you read, you’re on the sidelines watching the game. It’s a passive activity. When you take action, when you start doing, you’re in the game. It’s an ACTION activity. We want to develop the habit of getting in the game. That’s where it’s won or lost. Not on the sidelines.

Believe that you are awakening the GIANT WITHIN YOU, as Tony Robbins likes to say. Because you truly have a giant within you, a force so incredible that if you ever unleashed it, you would be in for the ride of your life.

Climb high my friend, and spot those roads to success. You can only get high enough to spot them through constant improvement, personal development, and a COMMITMENT to your reaching your full potential.

I want to hear from you! Let me know what you think! Reading my blog is a passive activity. Writing a comment requires you to think and DO! Are you on the sidelines, or do you want to get in the game? It’s up to you.

Namaste.

The First of Seventeen.....

THIS IS IT!

This is a turning point in your life!

Remember this date, mark it down, and circle it.

If you TRULY GRASP what you’ll be reading about now and over the next while, you will transform your life in such a way, that your only regret is that you didn’t learn this and apply it years ago.

THIS IS LIFE CHANGING!

For the past 30 months, I’ve been writing about SUCCESS. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk about success without talking about THE MIND. They go hand in hand.

The information you intentionally choose to learn about and store in your mind is the stuff from which your ideas come from. Put lots of great “quality” information into your memory files, and you’ll get lots of great “quality” ideas out of your mind.

Napoleon Hill wrote in “Think and Grow Rich” that “thoughts are things and powerful things at that”. In “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”, Harv Eker wrote that ‘Everything begins with your thoughts”.

It’s pretty incredible that our minds, the most important tool we have to live the life of our desires, is something most people never really learn much about or understand.

Think of your mind as a computer that has files saved in it. Suppose you have to make a decision about money. In your memory banks you pull out your file labeled Money. That is the only information you can base your decision on, since that’s what you’ve got stored in your memory about money. Based on your information at that time you make a decision that seems like the right choice. The big problem is that your right choice may not be a SUCCESSFUL one. In fact, what seems like the perfect answer to you may give you poor results over and over again.

Suppose your friend tells you that he’s found a new car he wants, the exact model and color he wants, and it’s now on sale at 25% off! His mind is thinking, well…I really want this new car, AND it’s the exact model and color I want, AND it’s 25% off. He goes off to the dealer bursting with pride that he got the exact car he wanted and got it at 25% off.

To your friend, this made perfect sense. He wanted it, it was exactly what he was looking for, and it was a great deal. However, at no point during this process did his mind come up with the idea that he was already $35,000 in debt, and that maybe he should hold off.

He didn’t think that, because nowhere in his mind was a file that says “When you’re in debt, don’t get deeper into debt”. And since that file wasn’t there, that option wasn’t available to him.

The point is that if your money files aren’t supportive to financial success, those are the only choices you can make. They’ll seem like the right choices, and they’ll make perfect sense to you. Unfortunately, they’ll produce mediocre or lousy results.

On the flip side, if you’ve got money files that support your success, you will automatically make choices that produce successful results.

Naturally, if you begin to think like wealthy people think, you will begin to get the kinds of results that wealthy people do. So we need to learn and understand how rich people think.

The fact is, wealthy people think very differently about money and success than poor and middle class people. That is the purpose of the “Wealth Files”.

Perhaps for the first time as an adult, you can now pull out and examine your wealth files. Once you become AWARE of what’s in those files, you can decide if you still want to believe what’s in those files, or if it’s time to UPDATE them.

This exercise in examining your current files and revising and updating them is a key to your future success. Harv discusses 17 “Wealth Files” and we will look at all of them.

What you are about to learn has transformed the lives of thousands of people. How do I know? Well…first off, I’ve used them myself to achieve extraordinary results. But also, as Director of Operations for Peak Potentials, I personally saw the results Harv’s students were achieving! I’d meet them at various programs, and we’d get emails all the time. Daily.

WEALTH FILE #1

Rich people believe “I create my life.”
Poor people believe “Life happens to me.”

Which do you believe? Honestly?

If you want to become rich, you’d better BELIEVE that you are responsible for the direction of your life, especially your financial life. Otherwise, you must BELIEVE that you have no control over the direction of your life and little or no control of your financial life. That is NOT the mindset of a rich person!

You have to believe that you are responsible for your success, or your mediocrity, or even your failure and struggle around money and success.

As opposed to rich people, poor people enjoy taking on the role of the VICTIM. How can you tell when someone is playing a VICTIM?

They leave 3 clues. First clue is that they blame. They blame everything and everyone except themselves. It’s never ever their fault. It’s always somebody else’s.

Second clue is that they justify. “Well…..money’s not that important anyways!” If you really think that money’s not important, guess how much of it you’re going to have??

Third clue is that they complain. They complain about everything. Problem here is that what we focus on expands. So if we’re focusing on what we don’t like, what we don’t want, what do you think we’re going to get MORE of? Stay as far away from complainers as you can.

Now it’s time for you to decide. You can either choose to be a victim or you can choose to be rich. But you can’t be both.

Every time you blame, justify or complain, from now on, realize THAT YOU ARE SLITTING YOUR FINANCIAL THROAT!!

Now, place your hand on your chest and say this declaration out loud….

“I CREATE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF MY FINANCIAL SUCCESS!”

Namaste.

A Test.....

Are you willing to participate 100%?

Here’s your test…..

I want you to take 5 minutes RIGHT NOW, and list your 5 BIGGEST GOALS for 2008. These are the goals that IF YOU ACHIEVE THEM you will KNOW that 2008 was a successful year. DO IT NOW.

DO NOT READ FURTHER UNTIL YOU HAVE ACTUALLY DONE IT.

TAKE 5 MINUTES RIGHT NOW AND DO THE TEST.

If you’ve actually done what I asked you to do, then I congratulate you. If you’re still reading, and didn’t do the test, let’s examine why this happened, and what it means for you and your chances of success.

The BIG lesson here, is that the truly successful people in life aren’t content to just read and think about successful ideas. They are focused on action. They are focused on DOING.

You read the test. And if you didn’t do the test, why didn’t you do it? Did that little voice inside your head say…..”I don’t actually have to do it, let’s just see what Jeff writes next”, or maybe……..”that’s too much thinking, I kinda know what I want, that’s good enough”, or maybe…..”I never accomplish any of my goals anyways, why would I even want to bother anymore”. Whatever that little voice inside your head did to stop you this time, is THE SAME STORY IT TELLS YOU TO STOP YOU ALL THE TIME.

Virtually all of my clients say they want to be financially free. Yet none of them are doing the steps and taking the proper actions that will give them a chance to win that game.

If you really want to be successful, really, really, really, really successful, learn this lesson well.

Successful people are DOERS. They’ll spend 90 minutes a day planning and thinking and working ON their business, and then they spend the next 14 hours working IN their business. Unsuccessful people will plan and study for 6 months, prepare for every contingency, anticipate every possible situation, and never actually DO anything.

My friend and mentor Harv Eker said it best a long time ago. He said that when it came to successful people, their mindset is Ready, FIRE, Aim. Fire immediately and fire often. Once you fire, you can see if you’re close to your target, or if you need to aim better for your next shot. Plan on firing over and over and over and over and over again. Plan to never stop firing until you are right on your target and hitting it every time.

Now, let’s talk about YOU.

If you’ve been reading my blog for any length of time, I ask you to do certain exercises from time to time. You’ve learned a money management system that is easy to implement. You’ve learned the attitudes of an Enlightened Warrior and the daily declarations you want to repeat to cement these attitudes within you. You’ve learned the principles taught by Napoleon Hill for “Thinking and Growing Rich”.

Let me ask you something. Are you DOING the money management system, or was it too hard…too much work…..never got around to it….or fill in YOUR excuse here.

Are you doing the Daily Declarations of an Enlightened Warrior and laying a new foundation for your ways of thinking, or was it too hard….too much work….never got around to it….or fill in YOUR excuse here.

If you’re reading my blog for entertainment value, then you’ve completely missed the boat. If you’re reading my blog for information, then you’ve only gotten 10% of what we’re trying to accomplish here. BUT, IF YOUR READING MY BLOG FOR INFORMATION THAT YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY IMPLEMENT IN YOUR LIFE, then you have figured it out.

If you haven’t done the exercise I asked you to do at the beginning of this post, do it now. More important, reflect on the fact that until you change your habit from being a passive learner to an ACTIVE DOER, you will NEVER see success at the levels we’re talking about here.

Namaste.

This Guy IS the man...

Any of you who know me at all have heard me talk about this man. You’ve all read my writings about this man. He is a man whose life and teachings have been an incredible daily blessing in my life.

What makes someone SPECIAL to you? Do YOU have a lot of special people in your life? Are YOU special to people in your life? HOW are you special to the people in your life?

For me, this man is special because his KNOWLEDGE has created more A-HA! moments in my life than any other person in the HISTORY OF THE WORLD.

Do you know what an A-HA moment is? If you do, I don’t have to explain. If you don’t, it’s kind of like….Wow Man, that’s a great idea! Let’s do it!

When I was 15, every single idea that came out of Napoleon Hill’s mind was an A-HA moment for me. WHEN I WAS 15!

And the older I got, the wiser he became. This man, Napoleon Hill. Until I got old enough to realize that he was a MASTER in his field, which was in teaching others to become MASTERS of their financial life by becoming MASTERS OF THEIR FINANCIAL THINKING. That’s why he called his book “THINK and Grow Rich”.

He’s got it nailed. I am a living testament to it. If everyone did exactly what Napoleon Hill teaches, everyone would be living a lifestyle so much greater in quality in every way that it would be unimaginable for most people.

Obviously, few do exactly what he teaches, and as a result, few achieve the kind of success this blog is dedicated to.

Napoleon Hill came first for me, back in 1969. Then came Dale Carnegie, and the floodgates of other special people began, each providing me with tons of A-HA moments.

The greatest A-HA person I know personally is my friend Harv Eker. As an entrepreneur, he is brilliant. Watching him has created many A-HA moments for me. As a program designer, he is brilliant. Seeing what he’s created, and how he’s created it, has created many A-HA moments for me. As a trainer/speaker, he is brilliant, with stage presence and charisma that’s incredible, and that’s created many A-HA moments for me. But more than anything, the content that Harv delivers is right on.

The more A-HA moments you have in your life, the more successful your life is going to be. I seek them out. I’m looking for as many A-HA moments as I can find throughout the day. They’re everywhere. They’re easy to find. Especially now that the Internet provides so much information to your fingertips. Some call it a thirst for knowledge. I know it is for me.

As New Year approach, I hope you will focus on setting a goal of achieving multiple A-HA moments every single day next year.

Namaste.

I Know I'm Repeating Myself....

I was 15 years old. Somehow, I found myself reading a book called “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.

My life was transformed from the thoughts of Napoleon Hill.

Napoleon Hill was a very unique person. He was given introduction to the most successful people of his era, the giants in the worlds of industry, entertainment, politics, religion, science, medicine, etc. In total, he interviewed and took notes on over 500 giants in the world at that time.

He completed this part of his mission in 20 years.

Then he compiled his findings into “The Science of Human Achievement”, and condensed it into his best selling book “Think and Grow Rich”.

At the age of 15, I became a student of Napoleon Hill. I read everything he wrote, and I made notes on everything I read. Then I went out and practiced everything I wrote.

That was 38 years ago. During that time, I have never been sick one single day! I’m in perfect health, (at least good enough to get “preferred” ratings from the insurance company). I live the exact life I’ve always wanted to live. I have choice to do whatever I am passionate about doing, because I am financially free.

I have a terrific wife and a happy marriage, because that’s important to me.
I have terrific health, because that’s important to me.
I have fantastic relationships with the people I care about, because that’s important to me.
I have a huge passion for my own personal growth, to realize my full potential and not hold anything back, because that’s important to me.
I travel all over the world and take great vacations, because that’s important to me.
I create incredible value for all of my clients, because that’s important to me.
I can do whatever I want to do with my life; I have freedom of choice, because that’s important to me.
I am a lifelong learner, because that’s important to me.
I am financially free, because that’s important to me.
I am a spiritual being, because that’s important to me.

What’s important to you? Because if you can tell me what’s important to you, I can show you exactly how to get it.

Over the past 38 years, since fate brought Napoleon Hill into my life, there has never been a time when I’m not reading several self help books and listening to audio programs at the same time, and planning my next seminar that I want to get to. I would venture to say that I am in the top 1% of all “learners” in society. I would also venture to say I have invested in the top 1% for my lifetime education.

Every book I read, every audio program I listen to, every seminar I attend, I learn something. And I take what I learn and put it into use immediately. It didn’t happen overnight, because I had some faulty thinking that was slowing me down. It took a while to make some new habits or break old bad habits.

In the second that you make up your mind that you know what’s important in your life and that you really want it, you can change the direction of your life forever. You can have so much more quality in your life.

The problem is, if you could have done it, you would have done it by now. Something is still missing. And for most people, it’s the right coach, the right mentor. Someone who has already spent the time to become successful themselves in their lives, and whose knowledge and experience can keep you moving towards your goals in life.

What is my particular area of expertise? Winning the money game. Most people don’t even realize that we all play a game called the money game. Like it or not, you’re in the game. Over our lifetime, we are either going to win the game or lose it. Most people lose it, because most people don’t know the rules to the game, they don’t know what the goal is, they don’t know how to win. Most people play on the defensive, playing not to lose.

It’s a completely different set of strategies if you’re playing to win. The fact is, there are an infinite number of ways to win the money game, and for every single person who is reading this there are many different ways that you could win the game. Every single person can win the money game. Every single person should win the money game. But only about 5% do. Why? Because we’re never taught the right way to deal with money.

In business, if 100 people started up a new business today, 2 years later 80 of them are out of business. 15 have bought themselves a job. 5 are creating wealth. Only 5% are successful.

To be in the top 5% financially, you have to be committed to that goal. If it was easy, there’d be a lot more than 5% succeeding. You are going to have to overcome challenges. You are going to have to grow out of your current comfort zone. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GROW YOURSELF INTO SOMEONE WHO IS CAPABLE OF BEING IN THE TOP 5%.

This is the Universal law of cause and effect. For every cause there is an effect. If you want a certain effect, or result, you will have to create the cause. That part’s up to you. Getting into the top 5% is the result. What was the cause? You grew yourself into the person who was capable of getting that result.

How do you know if you’re a good prospect for my programs?

What’s important to you?

If you find that many of the things that are important to me are also important to you, then you are a potential prospect for my programs.

If you are dedicated to achieving much more in your life, you’re a prospect.
If you are dedicated to learning and growing and investing in yourself and your success, then you’re a prospect.
If you are ready to challenge yourself to reach your full financial potential, you’re a prospect.
If you want to master the areas that can have the biggest impact on your financial life, you’re a prospect.
If you already have achieved success in your life at some level, and want to do even better, you’re a prospect.

You’ve probably heard the expression….”Birds of a feather flock together”. Successful people are a magnet to other successful people. The more you surround yourself with successful people, the more you will create an environment for you to succeed too.

2008 is just around the corner. It holds the potential for you to achieve some extraordinary results. Will it be the year you change your life forever? It’s all up to you. In a split second you can change your life forever simply by making a new decision and taking action on it.

Don’t wait any longer. This is your time.

Namaste.

It Just Keeps Getting Better......

Have you ever been on a roll that just keeps getting better and better?

Where everything you do just works, and you feel unstoppable?

Right now, I am going through one of those phases, and all I can hope is that it never ends.

2007 is shaping up to be the most profitable year of my life. Even better is the fact that I am having more fun than at anytime in my life. All while taking more vacation time than I ever have.

Those of you who have been reading my blog for a while already know that I am a total personal development fanatic. It all started for me when I was just 15, and I read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. I knew immediately, even at that young age, that the information it contained was the key to my lifelong success.

I studied the Science of Personal Success like it was my bible. And I also began to read folks like Dale Carnegie (How to Win Friends and Influence People), Dr. Norman Vincent Peale (The Power of Positive Thinking), Zig Ziglar (See you at the Top). By the time I was 18 I had read dozens of books in the whole arena.

All of a sudden, I discovered audio programs. So, in addition to the books, I now discovered people like Earl Nightingale, Tony Robbins, and too many others to mention.

Then I discovered seminars, and look out, I was all over the place.

Over the next 38 years, I have been a testing ground for all of the ideas and concepts I’ve learned. Today I am 53, financially free, with great health, great relationships, everything I really want in life, and a business that has boomed from the second I started it.

The key to my success has been to find people who have the best ideas and concepts in the areas of importance to me, and then to learn from them, and apply the ideas and concepts that have been proven to work by them. In other words, if you are going to learn, learn from the best!

A couple of years ago I picked up a book called “The Science of Influence How to Get Anyone to Say Yes in 8 Minutes or Less!” The title caught my eye, but the author Kevin Hogan was a stranger to me.

When I read the book, I realized that it was special. For what I want to do in life, this information is invaluable.

Today, I apply dozens of ideas and strategies from this book, and reread it monthly for fresh new ideas that I can incorporate into my life. I also subscribe to Kevin’s newsletter, and read it thoroughly even single week.

Over the past 2 years, I have come to appreciate Kevin as an exceptionally talented and successful entrepreneur who provides massive value and gets paid accordingly.

So when I saw that he was offering a coaching program for an area that is a concrete part of my strategic marketing plan, public speaking, I had to take it. I always want to associate with and learn from the best.

If we’re not growing, we’re dying. Just as I coach my clients to take their lives to whole other level, I want to take that journey too!

My mentor Harv Eker told me that it takes creativity to make money. If you can develop the right marketing plan, you can grow your business ten times in a year. He did it. He showed me how he did it. And in all of his programs he challenges everyone to go for it. I know how to grow my business ten times in a year. With Kevin’s coaching, I’m going for it.

What are you going for this year? Is it worthy of you? Does it get you excited? Is it taking you where you want to go? Are you wasting time or putting it to good use? Are you investing in yourself?

Success is a science. If you want to learn to succeed bad enough, the information on how to is all around you.

I can’t wait to start working with Kevin. It’s going to be awesome.

Namaste.

If You Don't Know.....

If you don’t know what you want out of life, how can you possibly get it?

Think about that for a moment.

If you don’t know what you want out of life, how can you possibly get it?

38 years ago I read a book called Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. At the ripe old age of 15, I stumbled across this book and it has been the single most important event in my life.

Because, the information Napoleon Hill provided in that book was so brilliant, so relevant, and so life changing, anyone who took these concepts to heart and actually applied them in their lives was destined to have success at the highest levels.

One of the first concepts in the book is something called “Definiteness of Purpose”.

It’s the number one, first, most important concept of them all.

What is Definiteness of Purpose?

Well, in simple terms, imagine that you are the captain of a ship. When you leave your port and head out to sea, you head for your destination right? But, what if you don’t have a destination?

What if you never decided where you wanted to sail to?

Where would you end up?

When you have a specific destination in mind, and you determine that you are going to get to it no matter what, you have Definiteness of Purpose.

Definiteness of Purpose is having clear and concise goals.

It’s knowing exactly what you want in your life.

It’s knowing exactly the type of person you want to grow into.

And Napoleon Hill goes on to say that until you know exactly what you want in your life, and until you know exactly the type of person you want to grow into, the best possible thing you can do for yourself is devote yourself exclusively to getting these ideas clear in your mind.

Once you have Definiteness of Purpose, you must create an incredible passion for accomplishing these things. You must develop a burning desire to make these events happen in your life.

If your Definiteness of Purpose isn’t exciting enough to get YOU excited, then it’s time to go back to the drawing board.

Here’s an idea I hope you will take action on.

For the next week, take just 10 minutes a day, and make a list of your Definiteness of Purpose.

What do you really want in your future? What kind of a person do you want to grow into?

Here are some of the areas to consider….

Financially….

Physical fitness….

General Health….

Career….

Relationships….

Spirituality….

And on….

I promise all of you who do actually take 10 minutes a day for a week and do this exercise, your life will never be the same again.

And perhaps for the first time in your adult life, you will have a clearer picture of what you want to do with the rest of your life!

Namaste.
